Allenvest Limited Partnership to be Liquidated

I would like to announce that the Allenvest Limited Partnership is being liquidated. The fund will be completely liquidated no later than July 31st 2007 and payments will be issued to investors.

Most of the holdings of the ALP will be purchased by private purchasers in already arranged agreements.
