SLG IPO Starts Tuesday, July 5 at 4 AM SLT

Dear Capital Exchange Investors:

Please be advised that Sri Laxmi Ganapathi Ventures (SLG) will be conducting a Secondary Public Offering (SPO) of stock. The SPO will start Tuesday, July 5 at 4 AM SLT. Note that these will be new shares created - and not selling any existing shares. Here are the details:

Price Per Share: L$1.50
Total Value of SPO: L$975,000
