New ADS Price Breakers: 1000% Up, 90% Down

Dear ADS Traders:

Please be advised that CEO Wili Clip has authorized the price breakers for Second Ads (ADS) to be 1,000% up, and 90% down. What this means is that in the event of steep price drops, or steep price increases, ADS trading most likely will not be halted.
