Please be advised that a Secondary Public Offering (SPO) of stock for Second Ads (ADS) has started. Here are the details:

Total Secondary Shares To Create 1,500,000
SPO Price: L$6.00 Per Share
SPO Days: 30
Value of SPO: L$9,000,000

Any SPO shares not sold at the end of the 30-day period will not be created. Anyone may purchase these SPO shares, regardless if they are or aren't a current ADS shareholder.
