Update - Marix Group (MRG) Listing Application

Dear Capital Exchange Members:

Please note that I have been in contact with Marix Group CEO Marishka Ixito over the past few weeks. She has solicited private investment to create private company shares, and has applied to be a "Transfer Company" to Capital Exchange. What this means is that there will be no Initial Public Offering (IPO) of stock. Shares will be available for purchase on the open market once the company has been fully accepted to list by Capital Exchange.

I will have additional information in the next few days. Note that the company share totals posted previously in this Forum will be significantly different. When I have a final transfer application shareholder list, I will make it available here. Thank you and I look forward to Marix Group (MRG) being a part of Capital Exchange!
