Information About Manual Stock Transfers
Dear Capital Exchange Members:Note that one of the upgrades I have submitted to our programmer Hamncheese Omlet involves showing Manual Stock Transfers in our daily trading totals. Unfortunately, the way the software is now, manual transfers of stock between two parties are not in the daily totals.
For example, someone recently bought L$820,000 of CAPX stock from me, which I reported in the CAPX Forum. The L$820,000 was not calculated in the totals you see to the right on your screen on the Home page, or on the CAPX Trading Page. The proposed upgrade will allow two parties to request a manual transfer, and the software will do the transfer automatically, deduct the appropriate Transaction Fee, and report the amount of Lindens and shares exchanged in daily totals.
I estimate that since January 15, 2011, when I took over, there has been about L$10,000,000 worth of manual stock transfers completed, not involving Owner Shares. It's because this total is so high, I consider it a priority to start adding it to the daily totals so traders can see the real amount of shares being bought and sold daily.
I will announce when this upgrade has been completed. Thanks for your patience.
