Listing Application Submitted - BR Corporation (BRC)
Dear Capital Exchange Members:Today I have received an application to list an existing private company with shareholders. The name of the company is BR Corporation (BRC), and the CEO is Bencly Sewell. The primary operation of BRC is the buying and selling of Lindens for Brazilians. Many of you already know Mr. Sewell, as he is the CEO of the Online Investment Group (OIG) listed here at Capital Exchange.
I have forwarded the application to the Capital Exchange Regulatory Commission (CERC) for their approval. Since there will be no Initial Public Offering (IPO) of stock, approval should come quickly. Mr. Sewell has proven himself to be a successful CEO already, so I welcome this second company he heads to list at Capital Exchange. With great joy I bring BR Corp proposal for Capital Exchange. Many investors are waiting for this moment. Here's a great investment opportunity for the market, with the experience I have in stock, with a project aiming to be the company with greater liquidity, valuation and continued growth. After being listed on Capital Exchange, I'll keep at least another 20,000 shares in open sales orders. The risks of business operations in Second Life mostly depend on the Linden Labs servers and service operation. These factors are beyond our control. The activity may be suspended or closed temporarily because of malfunction of the infrastructure of Second Life.
Another risk can be identified by users in disinterest in the use of Second Life. However, we are working to provide search services other than the SL, such as negotiation
Liberty Reserve and other e-Currencys, minimizing the risks.
