CapEx Class B Stock Proposed

Dear Capital Exchange Members:

I invite you all to look at a new type of stock I am proposing to list at Capital Exchange - CapEx Class B Stock.

Let me make it clear - this will never replace the regular stock of a company listed at Capital Exchange, as it's meant to be an equivalent to a "financial derivative certificate". Because they are interest based, we are prohibited from listing that here, however I thought of a way to list it as a stock and meet certain legal criteria as well as stay within the Terms of Service of Linden Lab. Again to be clear, it's meant to be a part of an existing listed company - not someone who comes along and wants to list just Class B stock where shareholders don't have a full voice in company matters.
