NIC and IEF Trading Halted

Dear NIC and IEF Shareholders:

Please be advised that since 2011 4th Quarter Financial Statements have not been filed, trading is halted effective immediately for Nestler Investments Corporation (NIC) and the SL Income and Equity Fund (IEF). 4th Quarter Financial Statements were due January 20th, and the exchange gives an additional 10-day grace period after the dealine.

As soon as 4th Quarter Financial Statements are filed for both companies, trading will resume. Any questions, please contact NIC and IEF CEO Scott Nestler. Thank you.
