CERC Nomination - Legolas Delgado

Dear Capital Exchange Members:

With Hamncheese Omlet stepping down as a Member of the Capital Exchange Regulatory Commission (CERC), I am putting into nomination the name of Legolas Delgado to fill the vacancy.

Legolas Delgado is the current CEO of Gold Mountain Capital (GMC) and the Virtual Stock Investment Fund (VSIF) from the US. Legolas Delgado has a long solid history of involvement with SL stock markets, and I feel he will be a great addition to the CERC.
