Name for Chairman's Letter
Dear Potential Shareholders
Chairman's Letter
My name is Lulli Yip, and I'm the CEO of Moneyserverz Exchange. We are a currency exchange company connected within Second Life. Moneyserverz seeks capital to invest in new technoligies and new `out of the box` ideas.
We are currently working on new services and implement new currencys such as USD, GBP and CHF. For this implementation we need to restock enough currency to keep our daily buisness running. We need your investment to develop new features on our website and in Second Life and to implement Netteller, Bitcoin and Phone/SMS payment. We will create new affiliate advertisers and we want to raise the Moneyserverz advertising budget. We advertise with google (currently mainly in Germany), inworld adboards such as secondads and others aswell as on some other Second Life® related websites. Moneyserverz is working with content creators and together we will bring something really new to Second(R) Life (Top Secret!).
Second Life® residents have a huge requirement in Linden(TM) dollars and especialy in Europe many people dont have a creditcard and must use other payment methods or do not to give private informations to unknown companies.
In the last few years i was able to gather a good team around me, which is in particular
Zitro Dench (php, MySQL, html, CC)
Trigit Amat (lsl, php, MySQL)
Gabriele Drechsler (Blender, Sculpting, Mesh)
Please don't ask these people about company details or support as that is not their purpose - they're usually extremely busy programming to reply via IM anyways. Feel free to contact the thousands of our users, as they will tell you about how great our services are. If you have questions about the CapEx listing or general support questions please contact Lulli Yip via the email listed above (my IMs get capped regularly).

Business Strengths
-CEO is in the exchange business since January 2007
-New website with member area online since 2010 with already 1,000 members existing
-SSL certificate to ensure secure transaction and datas
-Member area with manageable L$/Euro/USD account, instant L$ withdraw
-18 terminal locations on different sims to deposit L$ and to verify avatars for their Moneyserverz account
-Instant Euro/USD upload with already existing payments partners (Paysafecard, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung)

-Online payments are a great opportunity to expand services even out of SL in the future
Use Of Capital
Cash on Hand (Lindens and Euros, in Lindens): L$1,500,000
Website/software/other value: L$2,500,000
Total Tangible Assets: L$4,000,000
We are only claiming L$2,000,000 in Owner Share value to allow share price to raise and equal the real value per share.
Please see my Chairman's Letter above for more specific information on how we intend to use capital raised at Capital Exchange and please also download our investors PDF.
Dividend Policy
Dividends will be paid quarterly from profits for that quarter, if they exist. Please note that Moneyserverz is a RL company that pays RL taxes in Germany. All dividends paid will be in the form of Lindens, and no real life currency is used for this purpose. Share ownership does not give anyone real life legal rights to our company - everything is considered part of the game of Capital Exchange.
Risk Factors
-Price fluctuations on markets
-RL death or serious injury of CEO
-Linden Lab could disallow third party exchanges
-Linden Lab could close Second Life
-Linden Lab gets a new owner that makes huge changes
-maybe end of world on 24.12.2012
-All Second Life Users could move to Facebook
-On the other hand: all Facebook users could move to Second Life (I expect that between 2015 and 2018)
