CERC Is Voting To Delist Delicious Demar Enterprises (DDE)

Dear Capital Exchange Members:

I have called for a vote of the Capital Exchange Regulatory Commission (CERC) to delist Delicious Demar Enterprises (DDE). The company has been halted for a long time for various non-compliance issues, as well as a statement from the CEO that she wished to delist/close company operations. DDE was never very active at Capital Exchange, and has been listed at a few other exchanges in the past. It's unfortunate things didn't work out here for DDE, but it's time we moved on with all the new positive things going on here today.

If a majority of the CERC voted to delist, I'll announce it, make the final payment to shareholders (explained below) and delist Delicious Demar Enterprises (DDE). If anyone has questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.

-----------------------------------

Dear CERC Members:

Unfortunately it is time to call for a vote to delist Delicious Demar Enterprises (DDE). I have been more than patient to wait for DDE CEO Delicious Demar to return since 2011 and properly delist the company with a promised final payout to shareholders, but it looks like that isn't going to happen. The last contact I had with Delicious Demar was in October, 2011. She was going to liquidate all remaining DDE assets and sims, and do a final payout to shareholders and take the company private. Well, after waiting almost 6 months it looks like that isn't going to happen.

The official reason to list DDE is that the company has not filed financials since 2011, remaining assets in-world cannot be verified, and the CEO has not responded to numerous IM's and e-mails from the exchange or concerned shareholders.

DDE has no assets at Capital Exchange other than L$75,129.26 in the CapEx account of Delicious Demar. So upon a majority of CERC Members voting to delist the company, I will pay a final "dividend" of the L$75,129.26 to all remaining shareholders and delist the company. Before the final payout, I will destroy all DDE shares that belong to Delicious Demar. The company of Delicious Demar Enterprises (DDE) and remaining liability will continue to exist to shareholders - just not as a listed company on CapEx.

So vote yes or no to delist Delicious Demar Enterprises (DDE). Any questions, please ask. Thank you.
