EF Technologies (EFT) IPO Approved

Dear Capital Exchange Members:

Today the Capital Exchange Regulatory Commission (CERC) approved the L$500,000 IPO Application for EF Technologies (ETF). Congratulations to EFT CEO Eddards Tebaldi on getting approval to list EFT at Capital Exchange.

I will be in contact with CEO Tebaldi to schedule the start of the IPO shortly. I will let everyone know when that is done. Thank you and congratulations to EF Technologies (ETF)!
