Please note that Capital Exchange has received a Secondary Public Offering (SPO) of stock Application from Online Investment Group (OIG). Here are the details:

SPO Shares to Create: 1,200,000
SPO Price Per Share: L$.68
Value of SPO: L$816,000

If you own shares of OIG, please visit the OIG forum and cast your share votes for or against the proposal. The vote will last 7 days from today. The forum is here: http://slcapex.com/forums/browse/OIG This SPO Application has not been approved yet by the Capital Exchange Regulatory Commission (CERC) and I will advise you if it is approved or not. To go forward, the SPO Application must be approved by a majority of both OIG shareholders and CERC members.
