Digital Financial Holdings (DFH) IPO Application Approved

Dear Capital Exchange Members:

I am happy to announce that the Capital Exchange Regulatory Commission (CERC) has approved the L$919,743 IPO Application for Digital Financial Holdings (DFH) by a majority vote. Congratulations to DFH CEO Farqot Gustafson on his company to be the 60th company currently listed at Capital Exchange!
