Capex Fantasy Football
Framework: Each owner pays for a team to join the league. They can then IPO their team to raise back some of the cost of joining the league, and shares are traded on Capex.com
PHASE 1: SETUP
Teams per league: 10
Cost per Team: 100,000L
Total Pool: 1,000,000L
Season Duration: 13 weeks & 3 Playoff Weeks (to determine top 6)
Each team must have 1 CEO (Team Owner) – CEO must create and post all relevant team and league information in forums, including updating of team rosters and any moves
487,500L used for weekly dividends
5 winning teams
7500L per team winning team
512,500L would be paid out to end of season according to final standings (including Playoffs: 2 Losing Teams in the Semi will be paired manually to determine 3rd and 4th. Manual scoring will be used to determine 5th and 6th)
1st: 200,000
2nd: 100,000
3rd: 75,000
4th: 60000
5th: 50000
6th: 40000
7th: 20000
8th: 15000
9th: 12000
10th: 11000
Broker would be commissioner and responsible for monitoring leagues
Format is weekly head-to-head match-ups
Any Commissioner discrepancy can be submitted to CapEx for arbitration. Decision of CapEx is final.
PHASE 2: DRAFT
Commissioner must set up league rules and guidelines according to Exchange Rules
Draft will be an automated draft on Sunday September 2
PHASE 3: IPO
IPO will commence immediately upon completion of autodraft
Team Owner must pay entire cost of team
Each Team will receive 200,000 shares at .5L per share
Team Owner must at least IPO 95,000 shares
Team Owner must keep all unsuccessful IPO shares
All IPO will end September 6th at 12pm SLT and Team Owner will keep remaining shares
All CEO shares are locked for the entire season
All funds will be kept in a non-interest bearing account to be disbursed accordingly for dividend payments
PHASE 4: TRADING
Completed IPO will go immediately into trading
Trading will be stopped at 12pm SLT on each Tuesday for issuance of dividends
Trading will commence at 3pm SLT
All trading will incur a 2.5% commission fee
PHASE 5: END OF SEASON
Season will end and all trading will be halted on the next day after the final game at 12pm SLT
Final disbursements will be made accordingly to CEO, who must then issue dividends accordingly
LEAGUE RULES:
All trades are successful unless majority rules to deny trade
Unlimited Add/Drops
Roster changes can be made as long as player’s team has not started game (30min prior to game so that traders can make the appropriate analysis)
