SLMS - SL Media Specialties Placed into Receivership - 10/14/2007

SL Media Specialties (SLMS) has been placed into Receivership effective 12:01AM Sunday, October 14, 2007. Bogart Beck has been named as Trustee of the Estate.

All assets of Fresh Babenco held by SL Capital Exchange and JT Financial will be seized and surrendered to the Trustee for distribution to non-SLMS employee shareholders.

A recapitalization plan is in process and will be announced shortly.
