Dear Shareholders and Potential Shareholders:: Thank you for taking the opportunity to learn more about Alpha Phoenix Trading. For several years APT's CEO Cash Yiyuan has invested private funds in the SL Financial community with profitable results.

MECH was the next big thing and everyone was excited and investing large sums of Linden to be part of what could have been a RPG Combat / Tournament Company. The CEO and Scripter walked out on the company and investors. Leaving behind minimal assets.

A Salvation plan was to sell and develop the full permission prims and a company named PHX, then renamed APX was formed. APX held the IP Rights to the Mech Merchandise that had been left to APX. The plan failed interest the project dwindled. At the same time another Mech project was being developed by another group. APX shares suddenly were dumped by a Major Shareholder of APX, which I quickly snapped up, making me the largest private shareholder. Then the APX Management decided that they could no longer do anything with the company.

Early January 2011 I was made Temporary CEO of APX as default due to the number of shares held. Shortly after that I took over as CEO. APX had L$50,000 and the Mech Merchandise as assets. After a short time I decided selling Mechs would not return substantial return for the existing shareholder, APX was renamed to APT and would focus on returning equity to APT shareholders. It was decided an SPO would be the best option to inject cash back into the company. SPO was not successful and only brought in L$100,000 of new investors money. Armed with L$150,000 I set out to create more equity and a regular dividend for investors.

APT has created a portfolio of worth just over L$400,000 to date.


Portfolio Growth of 166% in just over 12 months.

Business Strengths

Business Strengths come from experience. Cash Yiyuan has been active in the SL Investment community since 2007 and has been one of the largest private shareholders for a number of years. Having experienced opportunity and at times disappointment, but at the end of the day managed to turn a profit.

Use Of Capital

Dividends, when declared based on earnings, will be paid on or about the 20th of every month following our Earnings Report.

Dividend Policy

Alpha Phoenix Trading has a goal of at least L$1 (One Linden) earning per share. We strive to maintain this goal so that shareholders can get value from their investment.

Business Strategy
APT has one product line, the original Mechs. We continue to sell our Mechs as a side business. Our core business will be investment. APT will invest 50% of profits into new investments and pay a regular dividend with the other 50%.

Risk Factors

Products in demand today may not be a few days from now. Our products could become unpopular and lose their value. We are specifically setting up the company to be able to adapt to the ever changing SL consumer trends; however there is no perfect plan.

As with any SL venture, the risks are not limited to new and changing policies of Linden Labs, however our diversification strategy mitigates most other risks.

Prior to considering any investment one must identify, analyse and mitigate risk at both a macro-level (example; governmental, regulatory, operating environment, et al) and at an enterprise or micro-level

MACRO-LEVEL: There has been community discussion within the last year as to whether (or when) governmental agencies might intervene within the SL Financial community from a regulatory or legislative standpoint. This is an external risk over which we have no control.

There has also been debate and dialogue regarding Linden Lab's support and ongoing administrative control over the unit of measure commonly called $Lindens on several fronts, including;

(a) CONVERSION of $Lindens to a LEGAL TENDER CURRENCY and the potential tax consequences thereof. Here, too, we have no control or authority. Players are encouraged to seek their own counsel regarding any potential tax consequences in their local jurisdiction.

(b) Linden Lab's ability to MAINTAIN a STABLE ECONOMY as measured by the EXCHANGE RATE of $Lindens to US Dollars, the availability and pricing of virtual Real Estate within the SL environment, and various other user experience metrics as are published from time-to-time by LL and others.

Regardless of LL's apparent unwillingness to acknowledge its role as the CENTRAL BANKING AUTHORITY and MONETARY POLICY ADMINISTRATOR within SL, they DO CONTROL the $L: $US conversion rate and thus have totalitarian authority and sphere of influence over the $Linden Unit of Measure and its trade value within the overall SL Economy.

We additionally have little direct control over the SL technical environment or the innovations and feature sets it supports. Our OPPORTUNITY is in finding unique ways to thrive and survive within and adjacent to the boundaries of the SL Metaverse.

MICRO/ENTERPRISE-LEVEL: The majority of our internal risks are directly related to our ability to articulate and execute viable business strategies, and our ability to successfully trade SL Capital Market securities at a profit.

Management

Policies and procedures will be implemented; each company officer has an integral role and as such will be held accountable to the company and its shareholders.

The board will meet on a regular basis, no less than once a month, with updates and announcements posted for the shareholders to view.

Shareholder meetings will be held no less than once in each quarter. This will be a time for new shareholders to become involved and long-term shareholders to interact.
