Budding Company With an Expanding Portfolio: Dear Potential Investors and Shareholders,

It's my pleasure to introduce Nintai Brokerage and Money Management Corporation as a public traded company.

It is my first duty to introduce you to myself. My real name is Michael Fuchs, and, in addition to running Nintai Brokerage and Money Management on Second Life, I also work as an Editor for a publishing company and as a video games journalist. I have always been an avid investor, and have made a fair bit of money in the market. This passion for making a profit is what led me to first invest in the markets of Second Life, and a profit has been secured. Because my passion is making a profit, I can promise you that one will continue to be made in this company as we continue in the future.

I would like to thank Skip Oceanlane for the help given this company. He's provided us the central hub of stock investing in Second Life with the CAPEX, and that is quite an accomplishment. In addition to that, he also created an office for our company in the exchange when none were available, and it's very possible that we wouldn't be standing as firm as we are today without him.

Our IPO listing is a chance for a new beginning to greatly expand our investing portfolio, which in turn will increase our profit and revenue tremendously. While at first it seems as if our company hardly makes a profit, please note that any money made from the trading of stocks is currently being pumped into our money management portfolio fund to increase its value. The current revenue figure is purely based off of dividends and commissions that we take on our investment services.

It is my firm belief that what the financial sector of Second Life needs a strong customer service position. Back in the banking and financial crises of '08/'09, the main issue was that companies didn't have the integrity to be honest with their customers about their transactions. I pledge to be completely honest with our investors and our customers, and to give them the best service possible -- as that is what they deserve, nothing less.

While I can promise the world to you all, it will be my performance that is the deciding factor. I'm not sure how other companies that handle investments and brokerage have treated you, but we give you an experience that excels beyond how they treated you.

We will be holding regular investment meetings for the company, and I can always be contacted if you have any questions.
