This project will control PLK PixeLooK is a Virtual Fashion Social network with 200,000 pages per month of performance and 80.000 L$/month of advertising. Ranked in the top 10 of social networks within Second Life. We will start the same related community with a different topic that replicate this successful model.

We operate as a portal where people can communicate with each other when they are not logged on Second Life, and send articles and make new friendships.

By the end of the 2011, we plan to improve in the following areas:

1) Increase our members from 2,000 to 5,000

2) Traffic will be improved from 200,000 to 350,000 per month

3) Improve monthly revenues from L$80,000 to L$150,000

Business Strengths

Starting on 2/25/11, we will distribute a L$10,000 dividend (as we currently have the dividends to be paid for a total amount of L$200,000) and we will do it for 20 weeks. Then we will distribute 50% of net profit every month.

Dividend Policy

Standard policy for PLK:CAPX for dividends:

The decision to distribute dividends is in the entire competence of the BOD.
The objective is to distribute 50% of net profit. The other 50% will be reinvested.
Dividends will be paid quarterly. However, the BOD can decide to retain dividends to secure the financial health of the company and to protect its investors.


Special dividends :

We reserve us the right to distribute special dividends on top of the standard ones if the business is permitting it. Such dividends can be distributed at any time.

Risk Factors

Second Life could decide to turn off the game, but of course we hope this will never happen. Also this game will have some trouble if Lindens cannot become more convertible.

Management

CEO: Will dedicate four hours/week monitoring results and making operations.
