Simone Peterman Introduces the Secondnights.com Project: Secondnights.com was founded in June 2009 as a simple Second Life Event website. The founder, Simone Peterman, is a DJ and want to create a website where people who love dance and parties could find informations about clubs, djs and events.From this point in 2 years secondnights envolved the website into working with the most important SL business brands in partnership with them to create a unique website experience.
In time we’ll add to the event system and also a blog, feeds, magazine channels, TV channels, as well as a full Facebook like community. Secondnights is well known in SL as a “good reputation” company. No drama or other kind of problems involve Secondnights in the past 2 years and this lets us work in friendship with all our clients and partners.

Dividend Policy
If we follow the sales plan shown before we will be able to pay the first dividend to our investors after 6 months. After this we want to pay a dividend each 3 or 4 months, depending on the sales plan and the market too. With the new capital, we want to improve the advertising sales and reach an high level of income. This will give Secondnights a stable role in the market and will give us the chance to share the benefits with our investors.
Risk Factors
One of the big risks is about the world economy crisis that brings people to spend less money in games and also in SL.
These are hard times and sponsor involvement could be not easy.
Also the changes made up by Linden Lab to the world rules could be hard to preview so this could cause some businesses to reduce investments also in advertising.
Management
We want to improve our staff crew with the new capital.
We need a fixed Advertising manager and 2 Adverstising juniors to improve our incomes. Also we are looking for fixed position for our major section of the blog like Events, Art World and Machinimia. Only after this process we wil have a complete staff that could work in a good way.
