Opening Letter: Dear Potential Investors,My name is Mystic Handrick and I am the CEO of Virtual Horizons Employment Agency (VHEA). Let me tell you a little bit about my company, and what my vision is for it.
I started VHEA in September of 2007 after realizing that so many people were looking for work within Second Life. People were constantly confronting me and asking me if I was hiring, and at the time I didn’t even have a business where they could work! Since I have started VHEA, I have been amazed at the amount of people who want to find work in Second Life. I am looking to expand the company which is already profitable, and that is why I am taking the company public.
The main business plan for VHEA is fairly simple. We will attract residents to apply for jobs. As CEO, I intend to work with existing and new Second Life businesses and get the jobs in front of these residents looking for work, so good quality residents can be hired. Income will come in from both residents looking for a job, as well as businesses looking for new employees. I have a very dedicated staff already trained to assist both employers as well as those people looking for jobs and it’s my plan to keep expenses as low as possible to get profits paid to investors like you.
If you have any questions about this prospectus, contact me in world or at my e-mail at mystichandrick@comcast.net. Thank you for considering investing with VHEA.
Cordially,
Mystic Handrick, CEO

Business Overview
Virtual Horizons Employment Agency will be a “central place” conducive for residents to come and look for a job. Group notices will be put out on a regular basis to inform potential hires’ of employment positions available. We get income from businesses who advertise with us through ad boards. Our website http://www.vhorizons.org is another place for both people looking for jobs and employers to use as a resource. Here is a list of income streams:
1. Ad Board income from employers
Ad Boards come in different sizes that can be rented by the week, 1-week minimum. The boards keep track of ‘clicks’ from interested parties. The owner of the board can come and check how many ‘clicks’ it has received as well as how much rental time is left at any time. Renters of the boards will receive a group notice once per week with the current ‘click’ count. In case they don’t get a chance to visit themselves.
2. Job fairs
Job fairs will be scheduled on a regular basis (or attempted to, based on employer participation).
The job fairs will give VHEA a big boost in traffic as well as Ad Board rentals for the duration of the
Fair.
3. Advertising income
Regular Ad Boards (not employment related) will be also available for rent. Any business can come just to list an ad, just like a classified ad.
4. “For Hire” Ad Boards
Ad Boards placed by people to display a talent that they have. Advertising a specialty service for
Hire. Modeling, escort, builder, therefore etc.
Business Strengths
The greatest strength of Virtual Horizons Employment Agency is that there is an endless supply of people looking for jobs in Second Life. Each week thousands of new people join, teleport in for the first time, learn about owning land, realize it costs money to own land and buy things, and that there are opportunities to earn money within Second Life instead of just buying Lindens with a credit or debit card. Virtual Horizons Employment Agency’s goal is to connect these thousands of new people as well as existing players within the game with businesses who need to hire help. The company makes money on both people looking for jobs, as well as businesses looking to hire help. This creates two separate revenue streams while doing the same task. We also have very dedicated employees at Virtual Horizons Employment Agency, who understand how important customer service is. We feel our people give us an edge over anyone else that attempts to do what we do now.
Use Of Capital
Capital will be used to promote our business throughout Second Life, carve our own spot out in the Metaverse, as well as maintain our website at http://www.vhorizons.org. The website is going to need a little bit of maintenance, but we believe it will help job seekers and businesses connect, and that of course results in increased revenues for the company. The added investment will also allow us to reach more businesses and job seekers through various forms of in-world advertising. Virtual Horizons Employment Agency will be purchasing a sim to better economize our land resources, as well as create some revenue from renters and/or landowners. Virtual Horizons Employment Agency only plans on using capital when necessary.
Dividend Policy
80% of dividends are paid out to shareholders and 20% is retained in the cash account.
Risk Factors
Risks would include not attracting enough job seekers, attracting enough businesses to use our service to find employees, keeping a watch on payroll and other expenses related to the company, and ensuring proper updating and maintenance of the website.
